The integration does not replace ECTI’s existing subscription options. Customers can continue subscribing through ECTI directly. Current ECTI customers with a qualifying 12-month subscription can access the on-demand webinar library through the Trade Compliance Workbench without purchasing the training again.

How does Trade Compliance Workbench (TCW) protect our data? TCW runs on AWS GovCloud, a cloud environment built specifically for regulated and government workloads, and which meets FedRAMP High and DoD IL4/IL5 authorization standards. The same environment is used by organizations of all sizes operating in defense and other sensitive sectors. Data on TCW is encrypted both in transit and at rest, and each customer's data is logically isolated within the platform.

Do TCW's AI agents train on our data? No. Customer data is never used to train AI models. TCW's agents work by retrieving and reasoning over trusted, curated regulatory sources, not by learning from customer transactions. The agents improve over time through regulatory updates, expert review, and each organization's own validated decisions feeding back into its own institutional knowledge base and never through model training on your data.

Who can access our data, and how is that controlled? Access is governed by role-based access controls and enterprise identity integration (SSO, SAML, OAuth, SCIM), so TCW plugs into the identity and access policies your organization already enforces. Every action (every classification, screening result, and AI recommendation) is logged in a complete, audit-ready trail aligned to regulatory recordkeeping requirements. Access to TCW's production environment is restricted to U.S. Persons.

Is our data kept free of foreign access? Yes. TCW is hosted entirely within AWS GovCloud, a U.S.-only region designed to meet the data residency requirements of organizations handling sensitive and regulations information. Our custmers' data does not leave this U.S.-based infrastructure and access to the environment is limited to U.S. Persons.
