Megan Mocho is a partner in Holland & Knight’s Tysons office and a nationally recognized authority in government contracts enforcement and False Claims Act (FCA) defense. She co-chairs the firm’s White Collar Defense & Investigations Team and its National Security & Defense Industry Group.
Ms. Mocho counsels corporate and individual clients through high-stakes government and internal investigations across highly-regulated industries including government contracting, aerospace, intelligence, banking and financial services, education, pharmaceutical, life sciences and medical device manufacturing, handling civil and criminal matters involving procurement and grant fraud, healthcare fraud, public corruption, financial crimes, and whistleblower reprisal.
