James Bishop is a co-founder and Managing Partner of Propel Technology, a Denver- and Detroit-based IT Services firm serving small and medium sized businesses in the Defense Industrial Base and beyond. Propel was an early mover in CMMC consulting for Tier 2 and 3 DIB suppliers, achieving CMMC Level 2 certifications for multiple clients in 2025, and has been a Registered Practitioner Organization (RPO) with the Cyber Accreditation Board since June 2022.
