Dina is a consultant with Export Controls and Sanctions Advisors (ECSA), where she supports clients on export controls, sanctions compliance, and international trade compliance matters. She also serves as the International Sanctions and Export Control Society (ISECS) Ambassador helping strengthen collaboration between government, industry, and academia to advance strategic trade compliance and sanctions awareness.

Prior to entering consulting, Dina served as a Regional Export Controls Specialist with the U.S. Department of Commerce’s Bureau of Industry and Security (BIS) at the U.S. Consulate General in Frankfurt, Germany. In that role, she coordinated export control compliance and end-use monitoring activities across Central and Eastern Europe, the Baltic states and the Western Balkans, working closely with foreign government officials, U.S. Embassy personnel across the region, industry representatives, and academic institutions. Her responsibilities included conducting end-use checks, supporting export control enforcement efforts, assessing compliance risks, and promoting adherence to U.S. Export Administration Regulations (EAR) and international strategic trade control frameworks.
