Brysien Lim Ada
Brysien Lim Ada supports ECTI’s operations and client experience with a strong background in administrative coordination and customer service. As a key member of the team, she helps ensure seamless communication with clients and provides behind-the-scenes support to keep programs running smoothly.
Prior to joining ECTI, she worked in customer service and sales roles where she consistently exceeded performance benchmarks and was recognized for her professionalism and results at Inspiro Relia Inc. and Qualfon for her excellence in handling client needs and improving team performance. With experience in both corporate service centers and academic institutions, Brysien brings a detail-oriented, client-first approach to every task.
Brysien also has experience supporting administrative functions in education and international training environments, giving her the flexibility and communication skills essential to ECTI’s global audience. She is well-versed in data entry, document management, and day-to-day office coordination—always bringing a thoughtful, solutions-oriented mindset to her work.
