Ashleigh brings over nine years of experience to ECTI where she manages the webinar program and maintains the online training platform – ECTI Academy. In this role, she coordinates live events with instructors and develops on-demand courses, ensuring high-quality learning experiences for attendees. Ashleigh also supports the team by handling customer service requests and managing a range of IT functions, including maintaining the organization’s website.
A former college volleyball player, Ashleigh brings the same teamwork and determination to her role at ECTI. Before joining the team, she experienced all kinds of work environments—from traveling barn to barn as an Assistant Farrier, to the cleaner setting of a bank, to the fast-paced (and sometimes messy) world of restaurant work—gaining a broad appreciation for serving people in all walks of life.
